If you love your item (as much as we do!) but it doesn’t fit you – we provide complimentary resizing or adjustments upon purchase. To request an alteration for a desired purchase, we kindly ask that you contact us here prior to placing an order with the product code and desired measurements. This is essential as it allows us to carefully assess your request and provide bespoke guidance, including any adjustments to pricing. 

Once a confirmation is made by us, please state the alteration in the 'add order notes' shown at the checkout.

There may be costs involved (i.e. if you need to extend the length of an item as it will require us to use more gold / materials). This is looked at on a case by case basis and we will happily talk you through every step.

When requesting to shorten an item, you may choose to have the removed gold piece returned to you, or we can provide an estimated valuation of the removed gold and deduct this value from the price of your purchase.

Please note that resizing may result in minor imperfections, particularly within the design of the item. We cannot accept liability for any damage incurred after resizing, and refunds are not available on resized items.

Customers are responsible for confirming the item's size prior to placing an order, as well as ensuring all measurements provided for resizing are accurate, Any resizing requested after delivery will incur a fee, and the customer will be responsible for all returns and reshipment postage costs.
