Please note, name plate size is depending on characters used. عائشہ (ayesha) has a width 3cm and maximum height 1cm and فاطمة (fatima) has a width 2.5cm and maximum height 1cm. 

For any chain, bracelet, ring, or anklet purchased, we offer free resizing or adjustments.

To request an alteration for a desired purchase, kindly contact us here before completing your order with the product code and required measurements. This will allow us to determine whether the item can be tailored to your specifications, as our exquisite jewelry pieces can often be customized.

Your jewellery will arrive in a luxury Carat Goldsmith gift box with a branded leatherette pouch which will be ideal for daily use as well as for travelling. All Carat Goldsmith packaging is eco-friendly.

A gift note can be included with your order. You can write this during the checkout process.

• For Next Day Delivery, all orders must be placed before 3pm on Monday to Thursday. If resizing is required, please place your order at least an hour in advance or it will be dispatched the next working day. 
• For custom-made jewellery, all orders are dispatched within 1 week as each product is specially handcrafted by us.
